Chalkos Metals Limited is a resources exploration company targeting copper and base metals at its wholly owned Mount Isa Project located adjacent to Glencore’s Mount Isa Mine and 10km from Mount Isa, Queensland.
The Company’s Mount Isa Project consists of:
- 4 exploration permits for minerals (EPMs) and 2 EPM applications (EPM(A)s) owned 100% by Nova Strategic Minerals Pty Ltd (Nova), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company; and
- 2 EPMs owned 100% by May Downs Resources Pty Ltd (May Downs), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
The Company’s business model is to explore for and develop an economic copper or base metals deposit within its Mount Isa Project.
It is anticipated that CKM will list on the ASX on 30 June 20222.
