SHANGHAI (Reuters) – U.S. electric vehicle maker Tesla (NASDAQ:) sold 76,965 China-made cars in August, including 42,463 for export, the China Passenger Car Association (CPCA) said on Thursday.
Overall passenger car sales in August in China totalled 1.9 million, up 28.9% from a year earlier, the CPCA said.
