Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Sunday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

The best performers of the session on the were Halwani Bros (SE:), which rose 9.95% or 9.50 points to trade at 105.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Al Kathiri Holding Co (SE:) added 9.84% or 9.10 points to end at 101.60 and The National Co for Glass Industrie (SE:) was up 6.46% or 1.95 points to 32.15 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were BURUJ COOPERATIVE INSURANCE CO (SE:), which fell 3.47% or 0.90 points to trade at 25.00 at the close. Solidarity Saudi Takaful Co (SE:) declined 3.35% or 0.54 points to end at 15.60 and Al Hokair Group (SE:) was down 3.35% or 0.74 points to 21.36.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 166 to 33 and 4 ended unchanged.
Shares in Halwani Bros (SE:) rose to all time highs; rising 9.95% or 9.50 to 105.00. Shares in The National Co for Glass Industrie (SE:) rose to 5-year highs; rising 6.46% or 1.95 to 32.15.
Crude oil for March delivery was down 0.40% or 0.21 to $52.13 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April fell 0.15% or 0.08 to hit $55.02 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.46% or 8.40 to trade at $1849.60 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.15% to 4.5527, while USD/SAR rose 0.01% to 3.7508.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.12% at 90.535.
