Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the fell 0.90% to hit a new 1-month low.

The best performers of the session on the were Al Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker (TADAWUL:), which rose 9.93% or 1.96 points to trade at 21.70 at the close. Meanwhile, Development Works Food Co (TADAWUL:) added 6.84% or 13.00 points to end at 203.00 and Tourism Enterprise Co. (TADAWUL:) was up 6.58% or 10.40 points to 168.40 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co. (TADAWUL:), which fell 5.95% or 2.50 points to trade at 39.50 at the close. Arab Sea Information Systems Co SJSC (TADAWUL:) declined 5.61% or 4.30 points to end at 72.30 and Dallah Healthcare Holding Company (TADAWUL:) was down 4.90% or 8.40 points to 163.00.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 133 to 103 and 14 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for December delivery was down 0.70% or 0.60 to $85.27 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 0.61% or 0.57 to hit $92.57 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.12% or 2.10 to trade at $1,779.00 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was up 0.94% to 3.92, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.76.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.71% at 105.78.
