On July 18th, 2022, Irongate Group (IAP) was removed from the ASX’s Official List in accordance with Listing Rule 17.11, following implementation of inter-conditional trust schemes by which Charter Hall Holdings PGGM Industrial Partnership No.2 acquired all of the issued units in Irongate Property Fund I and Charter Hall Holdings Pty Limited acquired all of the units in Irongate Property Fund II.
