Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the declined 0.55%.
The best performers of the session on the were Coloplast A/S (CSE:), which rose 3.21% or 27.20 points to trade at 875.00 at the close. Meanwhile, GN Store Nord (CSE:) added 2.09% or 4.30 points to end at 210.20 and Ambu A/S (CSE:) was up 1.29% or 0.92 points to 72.30 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:), which fell 4.53% or 8.34 points to trade at 175.60 at the close. Orsted A/S (CSE:) declined 3.86% or 28.00 points to end at 698.00 and AP Moeller – Maersk A/S A (CSE:) was down 2.17% or 350.00 points to 15,810.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 77 to 68 and 18 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for October delivery was up 0.73% or 0.63 to $87.50 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 2.27% or 2.17 to hit $93.57 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.50% or 8.55 to trade at $1,714.05 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.19% to 7.50, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.06% to 7.44.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.57% at 110.14.
