Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the fell 0.47%.
The best performers of the session on the were Novozymes A/S B (CSE:), which rose 2.29% or 9.60 points to trade at 429.60 at the close. Meanwhile, Coloplast A/S (CSE:) added 1.07% or 9.00 points to end at 854.00 and Demant A/S (CSE:) was up 0.91% or 1.75 points to 193.80 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were GN Store Nord (CSE:), which fell 3.54% or 5.95 points to trade at 162.10 at the close. Jyske Bank A/S (CSE:) declined 1.79% or 7.80 points to end at 427.20 and Tryg A/S (CSE:) was down 1.79% or 3.00 points to 165.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 98 to 44 and 22 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for January delivery was down 1.64% or 1.22 to $73.03 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February fell 1.15% or 0.91 to hit $78.44 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.50% or 8.95 to trade at $1,791.35 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.23% to 7.09, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.01% to 7.44.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.25% at 105.28.
