Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the gained 0.94% to hit a new all time high.
The best performers of the session on the were Pandora A/S (CSE:), which rose 5.43% or 19.2 points to trade at 372.5 at the close. Meanwhile, Coloplast A/S (CSE:) added 4.78% or 41.8 points to end at 916.8 and ISS A/S (CSE:) was up 2.78% or 4.60 points to 170.30 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Lundbeck A/S (CSE:), which fell 3.67% or 11.1 points to trade at 291.3 at the close. Ambu A/S (CSE:) declined 3.51% or 5.0 points to end at 137.6 and AP Moeller – Maersk A/S B (CSE:) was down 1.18% or 100 points to 8400.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 79 to 59 and 15 ended unchanged.
Shares in Coloplast A/S (CSE:) rose to 5-year highs; up 4.78% or 41.8 to 916.8.
Crude oil for March delivery was up 0.41% or 0.21 to $50.96 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April fell 0.54% or 0.30 to hit $54.98 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.39% or 6.05 to trade at $1568.85 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.18% to 6.8064, while EUR/DKK rose 0.02% to 7.4729.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.21% at 98.365.
