China securities regulator vows support to virus-hit areas and sectors By Reuters

SHANGHAI (Reuters) – China’s securities regulator announced measures on Friday to support virus-hit areas and sectors via capital markets.

The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) vowed to increase direct financing, improve regulatory services and urged brokerages and mutual funds to channel more capital to companies hit by the pandemic, according to a statement on its website.
