(Reuters) – Federal prosecutors have charged Archegos Capital Management owner Bill Hwang and the family office’s former chief financial officer, Patrick Halligan, with racketeering conspiracy, securities fraud and wire fraud, according to a statement from a U.S. district court on Wednesday.
